Shipping Process:
Taking official merchandise as an example, once you purchase an official product from us, we immediately place an order for it at the official flagship store upon receiving your order. Subsequently, we await the dispatch and transportation of the goods to the warehouse of our partnered international logistics company. They then process recipient and product information before commencing international shipping. Please note, we typically send a "shipped" notification after the shipping agent has processed the goods. This notification includes your order tracking number, which is generated after the shipping agent completes information processing.
Shipping Time:
Dispatch Time of Goods (generally within 2 days, except for custom items and certain official merchandise) + Transit to Warehouse Time (typically within 3 days) + Warehouse Processing Time (1 day) + International Shipping Time (usually 10 to 14 days)
Note: The estimated time before international shipping mentioned above is approximate; The actual time is uncertain. When everything goes smoothly in transit, the actual time is shorter than estimated.Occasionally, transit routes from shipping agents may temporarily halt, but we collaborate with multiple companies, which may extend transit to warehouse and warehouse processing times.
