        I want to apologize once again for the various issues that occurred with packages sent to the United States. From December of last year to March of this year, the U.S. logistics channel was very unstable, frequently experiencing abnormal postage issues and customs inspection problems. I tried switching to different Chinese logistics providers during that time, but these issues kept occurring, seemingly unavoidable. However, after March, such problems became much less frequent... I plan to look for more reliable Chinese logistics providers and also revise the U.S. shipping fee structure. I once spoke with a logistics manager who assured me that packages sent to the U.S. through his channel would not encounter similar shipping problems. However, his shipping costs are about one-third higher than those of other logistics providers. I may try using his service for U.S. packages in the future.

        If anyone placed an order earlier and has not yet received their package, please contact me, and I will try to send a replacement. I have to say, I'm quite frustrated with how Chinese logistics providers handle such issues. To be blunt, they simply do not deal with problematic packages at all—they only compensate me for the shipping costs and a sum that is not enough to cover the procurement cost. Nearly every logistics provider I know operates this way. All I can do is resend packages or issue refunds to everyone. It's a helpless feeling, and I ended up losing a lot of money during that time.
