      The logistics company I often cooperate with has adjusted the freight: the order number fee has increased by about 20 RMB, and the price per kilogram has also increased by dozens of RMB. Because it is complicated to calculate these freight charges, I have temporarily launched a new charging plan: orders below 100 US dollars and above 10 US dollars will be charged a fixed fee of 5 US dollars, and orders above 100 US dollars will not be charged this fixed freight.       When you purchase both pre-sale and non-pre-sale products, if the pre-sale items account for a large portion and it is feasible to package the two together, I will prioritize shipping both items together. This can help me save some processing fees. If you have special requests, please contact me by email to let me know that you would like the non-pre-sale items to be shipped in advance.

      Please note that for items requiring an initial "deposit" payment, you must carefully read the product description before making a purchase. In the product description, I will specify the breakdown of subsequent payments and the available payment methods. If you have any questions regarding this, you may contact me via email.

      A special note: Under normal circumstances, after you pay the deposit, I will send you an email to confirm your order a second time. Only after you confirm that all details are correct will I arrange for the subsequent shipment of your order. However, for any reason, if you wish to cancel your order, this website will not refund the "deposit". For orders where the deposit has already been paid, I will assume that the customer has reviewed the product description and is aware of its contents.

      Please note that all clothing size charts are for reference only. If it's not accurate, you can email us directly with the detailed dimensions required for your order and we will adjust your order. Since cross-border shipping is time-consuming and costly, we want to minimize the possibility of size changes. After you purchase the apparel product, I will send you an email to reconfirm the size. An additional size chart may be attached for your review. Please pay attention to receiving emails.

       Please note that the "Average shipping time: 15-20 days" refers to the time it takes for the goods to be transported from the factory or flagship store to the customer's address after shipment. This time does not include the preparation time for shipment by the manufacturer or flagship store. Typically, the tracking number is sent when the package arrives at the logistics provider's warehouse. At this point, the tracking number may not show detailed logistics information because the package has not yet been received by the courier responsible for the final delivery. If you are unable to find detailed logistics information with the tracking number, please contact me via email, and I will assist you in tracking the package through our domestic logistics partner.

The package may experience delays for several reasons:

       1.If you purchase multiple items, they may be bundled together in one package. Due to different shipping times for each item, the goods that arrive at the warehouse first will have to wait for the others to arrive.

       2.The logistics provider's warehouse may have a high volume of packages, causing delays in processing your package.

       3.Waiting for a cross-border flight may take longer than expected.

       4.There may be delays when the courier responsible for final delivery receives the package in the destination country.

       We hope you understand and remain patient in case of any of these situations. When the package encounters no issues along the way, the actual shipping time is often faster than expected. The 15-20 days is just a conservative estimate.

Shipping

Shipping Process:

      Taking official merchandise as an example, once you purchase an official product from us, we immediately place an order for it at the official flagship store upon receiving your order. Subsequently, we await the dispatch and transportation of the goods to the warehouse of our partnered international logistics company. They then process recipient and product information before commencing international shipping. Please note, we typically send a "shipped" notification after the shipping agent has processed the goods. This notification includes your order tracking number, which is generated after the shipping agent completes information processing.

Shipping Time:

      Dispatch Time of Goods (generally within 2 days, except for custom items and certain official merchandise) + Transit to Warehouse Time (typically within 3 days) + Warehouse Processing Time (1 day) + International Shipping Time (usually 10 to 14 days)

Note: The estimated time before international shipping mentioned above is approximate; The actual time is uncertain. When everything goes smoothly in transit, the actual time is shorter than estimated.Occasionally, transit routes from shipping agents may temporarily halt, but we collaborate with multiple companies, which may extend transit to warehouse and warehouse processing times.

      We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations,this is related to the policies of some countries and the scope of services of logistics companies, if there is a problem with the logistics of your goods, we will be the first time to inform you and discuss the solution.

      Based on the past order delivery time data, most orders will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks of starting shipping. [Please note that there is a 2-10 business day Processing Time before shipping.]

      The details of our shipping reductions are as follows: after the price of all items add up to more than 10$ when the cart is emptied, shipping will be waived on all items! This threshold may be adjusted afterward, so keep an eye on the scroll bar at the top of the site.You need to pay attention to the following: if the parcel is calculated by the logistics company based on volumetric weight (this happens when the parcel is too large, and sometimes happens with pillows, dolls, and figurines), you need to pay the part of the freight that exceeds the actual weight. If there is a problem with the parcel during transportation and it needs to be re-delivered, the re-delivery fee needs to be paid by the customer, and this part will not be included in the free shipping offer.

Returns Policy

      We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

      We do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues. If you purchased a custom or handmade product, especially custom figurines, returns are typically not accepted. These handmade items may have minor imperfections, but we strive to choose high-quality manufacturers. Certain special items are non-returnable. For example, popular figurines and products like Beans plush toys may sell out in the official online store. In such cases, we will try to purchase from official offline stores or through intermediaries. These intermediaries often have non-returnable terms, so regardless of whether the product has issues, we will adhere to the same policy.

      We do not want to see fraudulent returns or exchanges, as cross-border shipping is time-consuming and complicated! If more than 30 days have passed since you received the product, we will not issue refunds or exchanges. Please think carefully before opting for a return or exchange. Considering the time and monetary costs, these options are generally not acceptable for anyone. My usual solution is to resend the item as a replacement. Typically, I will not charge shipping fees, but for items with high shipping costs, I will exclude them. Alternatively, I can refund you a portion of the cost, allowing you to keep the item. If the replacement item still has issues, we will no longer compensate you.
