Shipping Process:

      Taking official merchandise as an example, once you purchase an official product from us, we immediately place an order for it at the official flagship store upon receiving your order. Subsequently, we await the dispatch and transportation of the goods to the warehouse of our partnered international logistics company. They then process recipient and product information before commencing international shipping. Please note, we typically send a "shipped" notification after the shipping agent has processed the goods. This notification includes your order tracking number, which is generated after the shipping agent completes information processing.

Shipping Time:

      Dispatch Time of Goods (generally within 2 days, except for custom items and certain official merchandise) + Transit to Warehouse Time (typically within 3 days) + Warehouse Processing Time (1 day) + International Shipping Time (usually 10 to 12 days)

Note: The estimated time before international shipping mentioned above is approximate; actual times are generally shorter. Occasionally, transit routes from shipping agents may temporarily halt, but we collaborate with multiple companies, which may extend transit to warehouse and warehouse processing times.

      We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations,this is related to the policies of some countries and the scope of services of logistics companies, if there is a problem with the logistics of your goods, we will be the first time to inform you and discuss the solution.

      Based on the past order delivery time data, most orders will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 weeks of starting shipping. [Please note that there is a 2-10 business day Processing Time before shipping.]

      The details of our shipping reductions are as follows: after the price of all items add up to more than 20$ when the cart is emptied, shipping will be waived on all items! This threshold may be adjusted afterward, so keep an eye on the scroll bar at the top of the site.

Returns Policy

      We do not accept returns for non-quality issues, and in most cases, items shipped by us can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that if you are purchasing a customized or handmade product, returns are generally not accepted on such products. It is normal for handmade products to have some imperfections, we will try to choose a good manufacturer to make them, if the imperfections are very big, we will return them to you.

      When you really want to return the product, please prepare the video and photos of opening the package for acceptance, contact customer service to send the video and photos and obtain the shipping address.        In terms of cost: The customer is not responsible for postage costs for returns or exchanges within thirty days. Please note that we do not want to see malicious returns or exchanges, as cross-border transportation is time-consuming and laborious!If 30 days have passed since you received the goods, we will not refund or exchange them.

Note: There are also certain special items that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. For example, products like the Beans plush doll may become sold out due to high demand at official online stores. In such cases, we attempt to purchase from official offline stores or through intermediaries.
